1、 Probiotics
The live microorganisms obtained through fermentation cultivation (≥ 10 ⁶ CFU/g/mL) can improve the host's intestinal microbiota balance when ingested in sufficient amounts.   

Strain: Lactic acid bacteria (such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum), yeast (such as Saccharomyces boulardii), Bacillus subtilis (such as Bacillus subtilis), etc.

2、 Collagen
Animal collagen analogs or recombinant collagen produced through microbial fermentation to avoid the risk of animal derived viruses.  

Strain: Genetically engineered bacteria (such as Escherichia coli and Pichia pastoris) are transformed into human or animal collagen genes. 

Direct fermentation: Lactic acid bacteria or yeast secrete collagenase, which degrades fish skin/bone collagen into small molecule peptides (non intact collagen).  

3、 Bacillus subtilis
Fermented products with Bacillus subtilis as the core, utilizing its enzymatic, antibacterial, or growth promoting properties.   
Strain: Wild type or genetically engineered strains of Bacillus subtilis (such as strains producing alpha amylase and protease).

4、 Biofertilizers

Fertilizer made by microbial fermentation and expansion of functional bacteria, relying on live bacteria or metabolites to improve plant growth. Microbial agents (pure bacterial fermentation products): nitrogen fixing bacteria (rhizobia), phosphorus solubilizing bacteria (pseudomonas), potassium solubilizing bacteria (Bacillus subtilis), mycorrhizal fungi, etc.   


5、 Insulin
Escherichia coli: Expressing the human proinsulin gene, insulin is obtained through inclusion body refolding and enzyme digestion.
Yeast (such as brewing yeast): secretes and expresses insulin, avoiding the inclusion body refolding step and simplifying purification.

GLP-1 receptor agonists are peptide hypoglycemic/weight reducing drugs produced through fermentation. 
 
7、 Astaxanthin
Fat soluble carotenoids produced through microbial fermentation are one of the strongest natural antioxidants (with an antioxidant capacity 6000 times that of vitamin C).
