Biological manufacturing refers to the use of living organisms (such as microorganisms, cells, enzymes) or their components as production tools and factories to manufacture products, materials, and energy needed by society.
The core cornerstone of biomanufacturing has three key directions:

The main technologies include fermentation engineering (such as producing amino acids and antibiotics), enzyme catalysis (such as applications in detergents and textiles), and biorefinery (converting biomass into various products).
3. Biological Process Engineering
Amplify and optimize the biotechnology achievements in the laboratory to achieve large-scale and economically feasible industrial production.
It focuses on fermentation tank design, downstream separation and purification, process control, and serves as a bridge connecting science and industry.
